  • 1. Fluxcard.com is referred to as 'we', 'us', 'the company'
  • 2. By signing the application forms downloadable from www.Fluxcard.com. or available in hardcopy, you signify your understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions applicable to sale. If the form is not signed, your payment and submission of data is taken as acceptance of this agreement.
  • 3. Cards are sold strictly as novelties. Our trade description for all cards produced at any time by us is "Novelty Cards". They have no official status or other status and do not confer any rights or privileges of any kind whatsoever on the bearer. These cards cannot be used to satisfy regulations set by airline operators, transport operators as valid id for travel. Such misuse is illegal. It is illegal to seek admission to a licenced premises using Fluxcard.com cards as evidence of age. Fluxcard.com accept no liablity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages from use of cards in this manner.
  • 3a. Specifically, all items provided by Fluxcard.com are explicity sold as novelty cards. They do not fall under the description of "ID Card" or any other "Identity Document" as described in the UK Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981 (Part 1).
  • 3b. Any modification of a card supplied by Fluxcard.com is illegal.
  • 3c. When applying for a novelty card from Fluxcard.com, please be aware that a record of your order is kept on file, and will be passed to the appropriate authorities on production of a valid request, such as a warrant or evidence of criminal activity on your behalf.
  • 3d. All issuing entities described, featured or referred to in the body of any and all cards sold by Fluxcard.com are fictional non-entities, and are not intended to resemble any existing institution. The ultimate issuer of all cards is Fluxcard.com. All cards are issued as novelties.
  • 3e. All applications are closely monitored. Should we suspect any intent of wrongdoing, such as fraudulent misrepresentation, passport or identity theft, we will notify the appropriate authorities.
  • 4. In no event shall Fluxcard.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages from use of cards supplied by Fluxcard.com. You agree to hold Fluxcard.com harmless with regard to any consequences arising from use, abuse or misuse of cards.
  • 5. Misuse of any card is illegal, whether as a result of misrepresentation, fraud, abuse, or other.
  • 6. None of these cards are official in any way, nor are they meant as copies of, or attempts to pass off as, any existing original card.
  • 7. The right to refuse any card to any applicant on any grounds is reserved. You will be refunded your payment in such an event. Our decision is final.
  • 8. Fluxcard.com are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards and are under no obligation whatsoever to replace such cards, but may do so at their discretion, for a nominal fee.
  • 9. You declare that you are not now, nor have you ever been, employed by or working with any form of law enforcement, investigative agency, or media.

  • 11. 'Fake ID' is a generic term and has no implicit meaning.

  • 12. All cards are sold as novelties and confer no rights on the bearer. It is important to ascertain the legality of possession of same in your locality. We are not responsible for determination of existence of such laws. It is your responsibility to ascertain same.
  • 13. Fluxcard.com do not condone the use of false identification for any purpose, and strongly discourage same.
  • 14. All data supplied by you to Fluxcard.com is understood to be true at the time stated on the application form, or if not available, the time at which orders are processed. Supplying us with fraudulent details may be illegal. It is understood by you that using fluxcard cards to lie about your age or status, for any purpose is illegal.
  • 15. Be advised that any use of these cards to misrepresent your identity, status or any other factor of your identity is illegal.
  • 16. CARDS ARE NOT PROOF OF AGE. CARDS ARE NOT PROOF OF ANY STATUS. CARDS CONFER NO RIGHTS OR PRIVILEGES ON THE BEARER. ANY MISUSE OF THESE CARDS IS ILLEGAL.
