Each week day, forms are received at the London office. Forms are scanned, and data is entered into the secure temporary database.

Each form is processed in Photoshop manipulation software, photo and signature are separated into distinct files. These images correspond to each customer serial code, which is unique to their order. Photographs are touched up by Photoshop professionals.

Fluxcard offer several image treatment options, such as close-cropped photographs, transparent ghosted images, and transparent signatures, that appear to "float" over the artwork of the card, a security feature common to passports and driving licences. Orders are dispatched in a carrier, which is a plain white DL envelope with a return address. If your card is undelivered, it is simply returned with no need for anyone to look inside it.

The carrier is 250gsm cardboard which prevents anyone guessing at the contents of the envelope. There are no indications on the envelope that your letter is from fluxcard. Every envelope is sealed with tape to prevent tampering.
